GPXS to Acquire ISEC7 and Adds Hencke Systemberatung BlackBerry Division

GPXS Becomes Europe’s Largest Center of BlackBerry & Wireless Expertise

Orlando, New York, Amsterdam, Munich - May 14, 2008
GPXS Holding Ltd., the parent company of GPXS™, a leading global BlackBerry® platform, solutions, services, and training provider, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire, within the next quarter, ISEC7, the leading BlackBerry business in Germany. In related news, GPXS announced it has acquired the Blackberry focused portion of Hencke Systemberatung GmbH. GPXS made these announcements at Research in Motion’s (RIM’s) Wireless Enterprise Symposium (WES 2008 in Orlando, Florida, US) where 5500 people from the world’s most progressive enterprises have gathered to share and learn about the power of wireless devices and applications.

The GPXS acquisitions of Germany-based ISEC7 and Hencke Systemberatung represent a significant expansion in GPXS product assets, customer base, and development capability across Europe, resulting in GPXS being Europe’s largest BlackBerry and wireless development center. The talented teams of service professionals and developers from ISEC7 and Hencke are added to the deeply experienced, high-quality technical and professional BlackBerry and wireless experts at GPXS R&D in Limerick, Ireland and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
